Which SexLab or other mod I need to install because I wanna sex in the game?

The BEST mods?

Which mod allow to fuck with everybody?

Well it's clear you didn't read it fully as it clearly states, you need a SexLab plugin for it to work fully.

 

 

Please note using just SexLab by itself does nothing, you need a plugin like SexLab Romance install in order to make use of the SexLab framework.
