Sims can't socialize

As the title implies, I can't prompt any social acts to any sims, after pressing introduce, both sims for a brief second goes T-posing and won't do anything, but will act like socializing finish, despite no progress are made. 

 

Any mods known for having this issue?

I don't know what mod can cause it. Track back to mods you added not long before problem started and test withouth them.

There is too many possibilities for conflicts to pinpoint a mod withouth testing.
