Strange Blue/Purple Glow With Heat Waves Inside My Character's Body

Like the title says ever since I started this playthrough I've had this weird blueish light inside my character's abdominal region, from the outside you can't see the light but you can see the heat wave like ripples emanating from it, when I crouch the light will clip through her back. again this weird effect has been there since the start after I created my character.

I would start by inspecting all active spells. Focusing on the ones with an attached light (like Candlelight). Start by inspecting the candlelight spell if you're not sure how it's constructed. Also keep in mind that only a fraction of all active spells can be seen under Active Effects.
