abs for female sims

I am looking for some nice abs for female Sims for a while now, but I simply can't find some nice ones. I don't know if it's an overlay or a preset or both, but I just can't get anything that look close to that. Does anybody have better luck than me ?

i was losing hope, until i saw this. This also works with most skin overlays. It's my fav by far

looks nice, but doesn't look like max fitness on the regular slider, at least mine doesn't look that way. It's nice, where do you get those ?
