Blood on the ice Quest. Bugs in Hjerim

I know this quest is very buggy, but i can't find any solution to fix it. 

I have checked the mission and other objects (like Messages) in SSEEdit, but i couldn't find the cause of problem.

 

During the mission, when i inside Hjerim, i can't "investigate" anything, the button apears, but it does nothing.

 

Also, i can't pick up the letters and notes or the amulet, because i can't investigate anything.

 

Is there anyone who knows the cause of the problem or knows how to fix that bug?

Only thing that comes to mind is that there's a few mods floating around that alter the way activation works in the game. If you have any of those installed that would be my #1 suspect. Better 3rd Person Selection being one, don't recall the others. Other than that I don't know, not had this issue myself.

It is very hard to know that. I have checked Activators, Messages and the references of those objects, but i couldn't find anything. I had to add some objects to complete the quest, but i don't know if i could find the same problem in another quest or something else.
