Autonomy issues

I have a problem with a specific sim and I was wondering if anyone can help. The original situation was that Sim 1 had a casual sex relationship with Sim 2. They ended up in a relationship, moved in together and got married. After starting the actual relationship the whole autonomy thing between them stopped working. Neither of them initiated suggesting sex even when the autonomy intensity was set to extreme. This did affect other sims on community lots, they were doing it like bunnies. However my sims did nothing with each other nor with others.

 

What I've tried so far:

- have the two sims divorce and made Sim 2 to move out.

- make a new sim (Sim 3) and have them move in with Sim 1. 

- save sims 1 and 3 in gallery and make a new save file with them.

- remove WW and reinstall.

- remove cache files.

- repair The Sims 4 installation.

 

In the new save file, Sim 3 did once suggest sex to Sim 1 when intensity was set to extreme. But that was only once so far. A neighbor suggested sex to Sim 3 when visiting and in the earlier save another neighbour just came over and went to jack off in their bedroom. I am beginning to suspect there's something bugging with Sim 1.
