Sims 4 display problem

I have downloaded various sims, I have a small problem, the language of the sims is shifted and slightly raised, I had a problem with my mods file, so I had to reload everything, and now I have this display problem

Usually broken/outdated tongue replacements/parts/rigs. You can search for "tongue" in your mods folder and remove the conflicting files. If you cannot find anything about it you can try the 50/50 method until you find the conflicting file. You can also use sims 4 try importer, open the sim in sims 4 tray importer and you will get a list of all the custom content the sim has on it, then locate the conflicting file and remove. Better exceptions has a similar functionality.

thanks I found the file after 2h of research anyway, if other people have the same problem as me, the file is called TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Tuning.package

Ok...I hope you mean that you had an old duplicated file of wicked whims, because if you remove that file (and it is the only and updated version of the file) wicked whims is not going to work.

maybe that's it, I didn't pay attention if it was a duplicate file or not, because in the game, it indicates when there is a duplicate file
