GECK problem with deleting actor effects

I was messing around with GECK  a bit to build some followers for me, I made a follower, want to give her some perk in actor effect section, but clicked the wrong one, I try to delete it, but every time I click delete, it just pop out editor window instead.....

 

Am I doing something wrong or it doesn't work that way?
