Mod that adds only thirst and works with Survival mode?

I've played with Realistic Needs for a long time now and I like the thirst aspect of it. To be able to fill waterskins and bottles, and having to drink regularly to stay hydrated, instead of just drinking for the buffs adds extra immersion in my mind.

But this time I'd like to try Survival Mode Improved, which means I don't need Realisitc Needs or Frostfall. Is there a mod that adds thirst that is compatible with it? I could probably set Hunger and Sleep to 0 in RN, but I'd still get the papyrus load from it, not to mention all the changes it does to food.
