Masculine/Male Sims showing as having Vaginas in CAS and Game - Help

All of my male sims have started having vaginas even though they are set to Masculine/Gets others pregnant/Pee standing up. Even brand new sims with no features in CAS selected except masculine features are showing as having a vagina. Im not sure what setting I've mistakenly changed or mod I've downloaded that is causing this. Can anyone help?

Probably you got some override file that replaced male bottoms.

And advice for future: check if mods are up to date and don't put lots of mods/CC at once in game or else finding broken ones will be very hard.
