PLEASE HELP :( broke body sims

Hello, first of all i want to apologize for my bad english , second i try to xplain my problem ; i download and put on my game a premade sim by other user and them ALL my sims body change to that what i download making all ugly and full broke , anyone know how i can restore or fix that ? i try to put on previous version the folder but dosent work , pls help

If you know what Sim caused issues find the zip/rar file with that sim in your downloads (or online if you deleted the file already), open it so you see what is used on that sim and remove all files that it had from your mod folder.
