Sudden CTD issue in Workshop Mode

So, my game was working fine, up until yesterday. Able to explore, kill raiders, build up my small mansion on Spectacle Island. 

 

Started trying to add decorations, and boom! straight to desktop

 

Completely at a loss as to why the sudden change in stability, as my game had been working fine for months, through multiple playthroughs.
