Am thinking of making a restoration priest for my dovahkiin and could really use a mod that adds a side healthbar over the UI top left or top right like how Diablo 2 does for example to see their health,magicka and stamina bar. are there any mod that does that ? i've heard of floating healthbar adds bar above the target but does it add the same way as I want it to be or just above the actor ?

From your wording, it sounds like you're making a healer character and you're looking for companion health/stamina/magicka segments per party member to be display on the HUD.

 

On the Nexus, I know of two mods that add companion health/stamina/magicka bars; Party Combat Parameters & Extensible Follower Framework. There's also the Follower Panel mod which is basically like EFF but it only adds the companion hud part (it will require some of EFF's .swf files to run though) -- For the latter you'll need to trawl through Reddit for a link.
