MC Command Center Population Setting

Am rather new to modding sims but so far got my toes wet haha. I've been trying to make feminine bodies with penises appear in the MC Command Center population setting but i can't figure it out. I've been fiddling with it like crazy but have no idea what i'm doing. Trying to search for an answer is surprisingly hard too haha. Thanks for the help if you can give it! 

 

If there's a better alternative than MCCC to achieve these goals, i'll use it too.

 

Goal: 

Make feminine with penis and feminine without penis spawn in general.

Would be fine if it replaces masculine or not though if there's a way to exclude sure.

 

Bonus:

Would also like to figure out how to not make Sims that spawn in general not look rough.
