CK3 1.9.0.X - seduction nerfed, neutered, broken by design?

By default, after >100y playthrough:
- unlanded wives and concubines are (almost) 100% safe, even if lustful, negative honor, >100 attraction opinion
I even tinkered with some files, trying to remove the limitations. It did not help. It looks like, in 1.9 ONS the events are simply rare/removed/limited/do not fire up. I suspect that lewd events were rewritten, but for the landed characters (almost only).
- events (like feasts, tournaments, pilgrimages), VERY rarely produce any ONS. Once per 100y maybe for one character?
- landed wives and concubines:
a) are indeed the target of seduction
b) sometimes seduce others
c) (if lustful) sleep around every pilgrimage, because of such event firing so often
d) spammed with lovers, almost no ONS
- player's women seem to be somewhat safer

- there were WORKING, NICE seduction events in the older versions. Like a rivalry between siblings, resulting a rival seducing their rivals spouse. Now such events seem gone.

- many lewd events are fired with made-up characters, instead of immersive ones. So a woman, with a positive beauty trait, single, landless, stranger pops up for bedding because of some event.

Old, since the first release, seduction problems are still there - while romance should cause a risk of discovery, ONS should be VERY hard to detect. Bastard events should fire very rarely, especially if after undiscovered ONS. Now bastard (early, pregnancy, discovery) events are too powerful. Such ones should be rare and late (quite grown kid does not look like his "father" etc.).

What do you think, guys? Do you agree?

EDIT1:

1. So I cheated my concubines to make them the most evil persons on the world, so I added all negative traits. Honor -100, compassion -100.
One of concubines had found a lover and had a bastard. BUT! The debug did not show she "had_sex" with him. I think that such lover is generated out of blue, not by some event (chain).
2. AI does not use lechery/seduction options for feasts and tournaments. At least I couldn't see that. I tried changing active player to ai, change the intention and go back to my character. AI switched the intention back.
