can't open game

I installed mods and the game won't open. Tried sorting the mods as instructed and the game still won't open.
Do I have to downgrade the game? Can someone be kind enough to use the latest version to cap screenshot the sort mods?

Important question, does the game crash before the intro video, or at the splash screen?

which version of game are you using 
For Starter Version 1.9 is new and the mod are not working on them
