Message code 19 error

I've read a bunch of past threads about this happening, none of the solves are working for me. Basically, I've quadruple checked all my settings and can't find any reason characters shouldn't be available for sex (age cheat, preferences and attraction turned off, etc.) but yet out of about a dozen characters I've put in the game, only ONE of them ever comes up as available for sex. When I look in the logs, on most characters I see something like "[SEX_AUTONOMY/INFO] Sim <name> is forbidden by a buff". 

 

Looking at all the characters, the only thing that comes to mind is that the one I am able to engage with looks like they are made with all in-game things. The rest of the characters I guess have some type of CC - does this make them not function with WW?

Ahh didn't know about some of the attributes you have to set with WW. All fixed!
