which edition is best for pregnancy mods?

do newer editions even support the most advanced and popular pregnancy mods?

i want the most advanced pregnancy mods and birthing mechanics. (open to recommendations)

i'm finally ready to commit to hours and hours of rage inducing mod installation procedures after all these years hoping they streamlined it for casual n00bs like me.

Ya so there are other mods for preggo but the one I listed is easy enough and does some nice things so your good to go.
