SOA and Milk addict only have works when starting a new game

i was in a  middle of game and both SOA and mil addict were working fine.  I than decided to make some mod changes , delete some mods like wildcat, SL triggers, added unique npcs and some presets.  Decided i better  start a new game.  Added mods like wounds,  different preset builds, valran, know your enemy.   With SOA i get some things working but with checked box for after sex summary,  counting the npc for sex and adding semen to the npc do not work......i  uninstalled and reinstalled SOA but no luck...  With milk addict i can stare at the boobs get an npc comment but ends there.... no continuation about paying for doing a boob job..... again these mods worked fine when i was running the game earlier but a new start they both half work........
