Chaurus resizes when initiating a sexlab event, but it's too big?

Pretty much what the title says. They grow like 2x the size to initiate a peril event, but it seems like the animations are scaled for a much more "normal" sized giant cave bug. Is there an option I could be ticking? Some random patch I don't know about? Using SLAL, mostly by billyy and leito, LE on MO2
