issue with sex initiation

OK, I'm running skyrim 1.6.353 with sexlab framework 1.64c (can't use 1.65 with skyrim version). I have defeat, slen, and a few other "sex initiation" mods. I have funnybiz and billy's anime packs. Mnc, sos, and xpmse are all installed and fnis has been run. Npc on npc initiates and works fine between them. Attempt to "get in on it" with the pc either causes bothe the pc and npc to just stand next to each other...no t-pase or the npc will start to masterbate. All functions are still usable for the pc such as run, jump, and draw/sheathe weapon. Pc getting in on the sex is the only thing not working...help?
