Questions about the strip club feature

I've never before tried this option, so I have a few questions on the matter. I did read the blog post on the matter, but couldn't find an answer to my questions.

 

Can an NPC manage a strip club? I would assume they do not autonomously buy or build one, but if I were to take control of an NPC and get him the strip club, and later make the sim an NPC again, would he lose the club? Would the club be still accessible?

 

I'd also like there to be some prostitution/pimping going on at the club, what would be the best mod for that? Preferably some fairly modular/self contained mod, or one that integrates well with WW. I'm not that interested in some random fantastical or fetish features I can't turn off.

 

Is it possible to somehow limit which sims work in NPC owned businesses? For example to limit the scope only to homeless NPCs. Having Nancy Landgraab show up as a stripper really isn't doing it for me, realistically.

An NPC can manage a stripclub. I built one and ran it for a while. When I switched households to play a different character, my new character visited the stripclub. The stripclub functioned perfectly, the strippers mu former character had hired were strutting their stuff, the janitor cleaned the floor, the bartender and the manager himself managed the bar.

 

I don't think they actually earn money while not being played through.
