Of course. Firstly, install WickedWhims as you'll need that for your Sims to be able to have sex.

 

 

Then, install the animation packs from the following creators:

 

 

 

 

These 3 creators, I know for certain have high-quality lesbian animations. If there are more, you'll have to find them yourself as I wouldn't know. Hopefully somebody can answer your other request as I don't know, though I know they do exist.
