SMP body physics don't work for NPCs

I'm trying to setup Osmp to apply SMP physics to breasts during scenes but I can't get SMP physics to function at all for npc bodies. It works for the player character without issue but npc's never use smp physics, either in scenes or when toggled via spell/hotkey. Amour/hair works fine and theres no issue with CBPC either.

EDIT: it also seems to cause issues with CBPC physics as well. Follower wont have breast physics normally, but after ending an ostim scene breast physics (cbpc) are on until I imitate a load screen, then they switch off again unless the npc is put through a scene again.
