Problem with Strip club - Sims stuck

Hi,

 

Hoping someone can help. I opened a strip club in my game and all other aspects of the gameplay seem fine except at some point, the janitors in my game stop doing their job. They will just stand with bags of garbage in their hands not going anywhere. I've tried resetting them, but it doesn't work. Sometimes the dancers will also just suddenly stand around. I have not seen them "T pose" and I have not received any LEs. I've attached a video showing what I mean.

 

Has this happened to anyone else?
