An issue with Bodyslide

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Hi all. I am having an issue I did not have on my previous playthrough.

I started a new Game with more outfits I downloaded, so I ran Bodyslide like I usually do, and when I finally got to where I could build the items in question they did not fit like they did in my previous game.

As you can see Pic ` the piercing's are aligned properly, when donning any outfit they get offset slightly. This did not happen in my previous game so I ran bodyslide again with the same results.

Do any of you know why this happens or what I might be doing wrong?

Thanks for any help here.

Lots of reasons for that. Preset, physics (weightpainting), or simply the way the outfit was made or the body it is based on. As for why something would be different between playthroughs, obviously something changed.

Start by using the same preset when building both meshes. If its still not aligned, make sure both meshes are based on the same body, have the same sliders and the same weightpainting.

That was done right at the start, sorry for not mentioning this. The only change I made was adding a new outfit to my collection, and rerunning bodyslide.
