WickedWhims not fully functioning, not sure how to fix it

(I'm a newbie, I apologize if this is a useless topic)

 

I've installed WickedWhims into my Mods folder on the Sims 4, while the nudity works, all of the sexual features don't. I can't get anything to show up, despite enabling all of the mod settings and following the instructions from the official website. Is there anything I'm missing or any steps I've missed that isn't on their website?

I am actually having this same exact issue, It happened after the march update, but even with the updated whicked whims mod installed none of my sexual features work either. Nudity in CAS is the only feature working.
