Devious gag, mouth not opening on AE

Hi I was using Roggvir's Adjustable Gags while i was SE with no problem mostly to fix the problem but the now AE i use (i need to to use Skyrim together reborn) i am now unable to have my mouth fix. So when I have a gag the mouth is still open.

Basically Roggvirs appear-ish in my game if I go into the game menu, but the MCM doesnt appear and I kinda need it to use the mod. The only mod I cant get the proper version i need...i.e skyrim multiplayer use 1.6.64 but Skyrim Platform apparently goes to 1.6.52 sadlly. What to do ?

 

Oh yeah lets say what do I have....so my DD is 5.2SE AE VR

then i also have the MFG fix for the 1.6.64
