Applying ECE to NPC

First I'm sorry for my poor English.

I wanna convert some npc faces to my character's face ECE was applied to.

But whenever I import my character's npc file to the facegen it doesn't work. (i checked ECE.esp, CME.esp and permitted multiple master file load.)

what do i have to do in order to apply ECE to NPC? do i need to touch some SLOT files?

Have you tried using the mod "Alternate Actors"?

Save your face, use alternate actor spell to become NPC, and load face?

 

I don't know the real answer to your question, unfortunately.

Create the character with the appearance you want, save to a slot.

export it with spf, load EnhancedCharacterEdit.esp and CharacterMakingExtender.esp in CK, select or create your NPC, import appearance,

go to tab chargenmorph (or something like that), click to "Reset All" and then select "Nose Type 32"

"Nose Type 32" is where ECE stores the last appearance slot saved.

Save and export with Ctrl F4.
