I know it’s a few years late but I managed to find a way to make many of the Herb Brides in the game naked. The model has no genitals but is still well endowed in both the front and the back :^)

I'll also attach the .zip for those who don't have an account, feel free to do with it what you will.

 

Installation:

 

Simply drop the compressed 5.xml file into this repository and replace the old one:
~Steam\steamapps\common\Pathologic\Data\Templates

 

Customization:

You can also customize the frequency at which Herb Brides spawn, whether they spawn during the day or at night, ect. These values will be under a tag named something like “Herb_Bride_Clothed/Exposed/Naked_Outdoor_Entity”, there are many of these tags in the file corresponding to various scenarios. If you want to customize the xml values to suit your needs it’s very easy. Simply extract the .xml file, open it up in a text editor, modify the values, and re-zip the file. It’s important that the format is gzip (.gz) otherwise it will get stuck at the loading screen. I used 7zip to do this and the 7zip user interface will also allow you to make sure the specific zip format is .gz.
