Skyrim being skyrim, texture problem (I think?)

I started today new skyrim playthrough again (I've been changing weather mods so I was starting new game often) and saw this shit outside Helgen cave. I didn't touch any textures. I don't know how to fix it, I uninstalled DynDOLOD, uninstalled Skyland AIO, uninstalled ELFX (i've changed that too before the problem) nothing works.

Missing texture.

1. View the cell (ChargenExit probably) in the Creation Kit.
2. Find the affected object. In this case it does not appear to be a selectable object.
3. Find a mod that alters these objects. Maybe a rubble remover?
4. Download it and find out how it does it.

5. Extract the vanilla meshes from the BSA files, if you do not have a mod for them already.
6. Open the meshes in NifSkope.
7. Locate the texture list (BSShaderTextureSet).

   1. textures\landscape\grass\RocksGrass01.dds

   2. textures\landscape\grass\RocksGrassSnow01.dds

   3. textures\effects\HighFrequencyNormals.dds

Luckily for you, I already did all that, if it wasn't already obvious. Find a mod that overwrites the related nifs or dds files. If the nifs were changed, assume the dds file names were changed.

Skyland AIO has "rocksgrass" but reinstalling it does nothing, also there is no conflict between Skyland and other mods that includes "rocksgrass" files

 

PS. Remove the little rocks and Remove small rocks combined "fixed" it by fully removing those small rocks

PPS. It was caused by Tamrielic Grass for ENB Complex Grass, textures are corrupted or something
