Difficulties with AAF Family Planning Enhanced

I'm having difficulty getting the AAF Family Planning Enhanced mod to physically change the body of my character when they are pregnant. When I use the debugging/cheat to bodymorph the character to month 9, there are no observed changes. I have tried deleting all of my mods and redownloading them again, but I'm admittedly pretty inexperienced with mods and was hoping I could get some help. I'm using Vortex mod manager and rely on it heavily to get everything set up (I pretty much just throw the mods in there and hope for the best, making sure that I have all the requirements for each of the mods as described online). I screenshotted my mod list below in case there's anything wrong/missing that seems obvious to others. Please help!
