Nobody showing up to strip club

been having this issue for a while and just tried again, the mod is up to date and i've done everything I need to and nobody is showing up to the strip club. Am I missing something?

Go into Managed Worlds, select the lot for your strip club, then go into build mode.  Make sure the lot type is set to Generic.

 

I have seen instances in my own game where the venue will show as Generic when viewing it in my library, but when I go to place it in on a lot, it inherits the lot type from the lot itself, (such as residential.)

 

If you made your own strip club on an empty lot, the lot may still be setup for whatever the lot type is for that lot.  Usually the empty lots seem to default to residential.

One of the things I've done to help with low turnout is to bring a club to the club (no pun intended.) I downloaded a mod that increases the number of club memberships over Maxis' standard 8 (can be found on MTS), then add at least 20 members to the club. Then I send a member to the strip club. If turnout is low, I have the member start a club meeting turnout at the club. Works every time.
