Created this sim about a week ago and realized that it might not be a bad idea to start sharing my created sims on here.  So if there are any bugs in this, please PM me.  

 

Required CC and tray are included in the zip file. Place package files in the mods folder located at Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods and tray files in the Tray folder to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray
