Animation problems

Where to start.... Ok, When I am playing I noticed that the horses and gargoyles are invisible. The Dwarven Spheres and Ice Wraiths are not moving even though the red enemy bar underneath is displayed. I uninstalled and re-installed billys animation along with FNIS creature pack. I then went to loot and did the update  master list/sort plugins along with run FNIS which gave ne no errors. I also noticed that when I went and did the Dragonborn meeting where I had to sit down with both factions that it wouldn't allow me to complete the talk to the Greyborn/sit down parts of the quest. I checked to see if there were any updates to any of the mods and the only new one was MNC SE V15 in which I downloaded according to the modders instructions. Any ideas on what might be causing this because everything was working with the exception of the horses/gargoyles issue until I downloaded the MNC mod (and yes, I went and re-downloaded it again according to his instructions).....
