Totally not 100% positive but doesn't "clearownership"  console command remove all ownership?

 

Edit:  Also if you are going to do console commands I recommend getting "More Informative Console" mod.

Didn't know about clearownership. Will test it to see if it works, thanks!

 

UPDATE: It works! Godamn, i've been looking for this command for 5 years. Where did you even find it?

Yeah no telling where I first encountered it.  Probley on a list somewhere or just using Help ownership in the console at some point.
