How to make all your companions relax using console?

I have multiple companions, and I am able to make them wait, using
set ifollower_com_wait to 1 on a bat file.

 

However, this wait is stationary, and i would like to incorporate a AI package to them while they are waiting.
the ai pack from this mod works fine being called through UI, but I cant seem to do it via a batch file.

I could also do with a way to make all companions have settler ai package( they wander about the settlement) without losing their companion status, so that when I need them, they do not need to be rerecruited.
