Looking for mod: Chance to unequip items in combat

I'm looking for a mod which gives a chance to unequip gear upon being hit in combat, kind of like a simulation of equipment damage/lucky hits hitting a strap or something. Ideally this should apply to both NPCs and the PC so it's fair. Naked Defeat has this functionality but only for the PC, so I'd like to ask if such a mod exists? Thanks.
