Problem making my game more and more bugged

Hi, once again i'm getting problems with the mod

 

At first everything was working, but soon the game begun to crash a lot or getting slower (to finish at 1fps) i reinstalled many time but a lot of clothes are mising (reinstalled many time with fomod but still half of the clothes of the bunker S.O are missing) sex dont start half of the time this is to much complicated for me, here is the loadorder.thanks
