Goblin girl, mod and SL use.

Played skyrim a few times, dabbled with a few custom races but this time I wanted to try a cute goblin lass.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a mod for that as they seem rare.
Also being a shorter race will it cause issues with sexlab animations and if so are their plugins or mods with that in mind?

Don't know of any mods specifically for that but that is an issue even with vanilla races who are shorter than default height. What's good about sexlab is you can save positions in animations and they save for x race + y race, the bad news of that is you having to manually do that once for each animation, I've done that for breton PC, but it could be impossible to make some animations look good with goblins. Maybe there is an easier way for this but this is not really a topic that I've searched about.

I meant for specifically countering the height issue, for goblins themselves I only know of this mod

Haven't tried it myself, I don't even know what their height is, but the faces look nice.
