I've been trying to combine a spesific armor from 2 diffrent mods and i have managed to do it in blender ive used my ingame body which i made in bodyslide using CBBE presets and fit the armor on top of it then i made bodyslide sliders for it. in blender everything seems ok when i view the model with nifscope, outfit studio. bodyslide or blender but ingame the armor is offset. I hope someone can help me its my first time doing something like this .p i can provide files if needed

First, make sure you build the armor in bodyslide. Maybe you already did this but I'm not sure from your post.

If you have built it and it looks like the picture, most likely the weights are wrong. Open the armor in outfit studio, select all of the armor parts, and open the bones tab in the top right. Select all of the bones, right-click and select delete from shapes (NOT from project). Next simply right-click on the selected armor parts and copy bone weights. Save, build in bodyslide, and you are good to go.

Now it says this and "Armor" is the one that i have extracted from an LE mod and NIF optimized.

Move to Partitions and see what it corresponds to. For clothes it is usually 32 SBP_32_SB_Body

Having the body, and the correct partition, you should be able to see it without problems .

Is this a new armour, or is it a replacer? In order to use it, do you have to fill out an ESP?

i got some parts from a replacer and some part from a new armor i mixed them in blender then made it as a replacer when i go ingame after ive done everything it still looks the same :((ScreenShot0.png.7a69bf79cb8b9b8bcb245436a16d55f8.png

Have you conformed the sliders in outfit studio? If not, that is a basic step you should always do when making outfits. If you have conformed the sliders and weighted the mesh properly it should work.

Also, if an outfit has issues with the partition, the outfit will be invisible along with whatever part of the body the partition is for.
