wickedwhims Strip Club Feature is Glitching

So I finally decided yesterday that I was ready to retry buying a strip club for my sim family, I have tried one other time but had no idea what I was doing. The last time all of the features seemed to be working fine and had no exceptions. However, this time it is not going well. I can buy the property, set dancing spots, open to the public, set uniforms, and even hire my household sims for the business!! But it will not let me hire other sims! It just causes a last exception.....I included the file for the exception that shows. It says something about the tuning package, but honestly I have no idea how to read these. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
