Anybody Know Of Some Good Comic Bubble Software Out There??

What I'm looking to do is capture videos of fuck scenes with OBS Studio, review them with Media Player Classic, save certain moments as JPEG files & edit them with irfanview

 

But that's where the REAL creativity seems to end

 

True, I could use regular text but why stop there when I can get a little creative by adding the touch of comic strip bubbles & inserting the text in there

 

I did download a bunch of irfanview plugins (One of which is a "Paint" plugin & another allows me to draw circles) but that's it

 

Looking to do all this so I can upload screenshots of Sims 4 gameplay to the Adult Goodies thread & to my blogs with the videos being posted to my blogs & various porn tube sites

 

But I would like to be a little creative with the screens though

 

Any ideas??
