MailBox WW products PC online

hello all thanks for having me in this forum .. I'm a beginner with Sims4 and mod WW. everything works fine only when i go to PC and buy WW products in the online shop they don't reach me at my home mailbox. What am I doing wrong.. please explain to me.. thanks

I think WW items ordered on the computer will be in your sims personal inventory not the household mailbox. Have you checked the inventory of the sim that placed the order?

Ww writes that after a day the products arrive via mailbox. To see the Sim's inventory it is not enough to look at the bottom right.. there it is empty but.. could you help me?

Sorry, I've not had time to reply to this post. You are right WW items ordered via the computer will arrive in the mailbox the next day. I was thinking of the WW sexpertise skill books. These are placed into the personal inventory.

 

Have you resolved your issue? You are waiting for the post to arrive right? It usually turns up by 11am the next day.

 

If you are still having problems check your version of sims4 & WW is updated to the latest versions and try again with a new save.
