Well, penises such as Simdulgence pick up positional relationships such as waist size, so extreme physiques will cause problems with clipping as the position of the penis fluctuates.
Noir's model has a hole in the crotch, but since the position of the penis is forcibly fixed, there is no clipping problem like in the image.

lmaooo, Ima ass guy what can i say. oookk I moved his hips up a lil bit to balance it out and it seem to have worked ok. I just wish it would blend better with extreme physiques i hate how skinny sims have to be in order for everything to blend right.
