April 18 Update messed with penis textures

Please don't be angry if this is the wrong place to come up with this issue, but ever since Sims4's April 18 update, the textures of penises kind of - overlap? I never changed anything in my Mods folder, everything looked normal until I saw THIS. This happened right after said update, I hadn't downloaded WW 175d at that point, and after I installed v175d, the problem persisted, so I figure this has nothing to do with WW itself, but I can't make much sense of it. Everything was perfectly fine until April 18.

Could anyone tell me what I overlooked? I'm at a loss

The April 18th update introduced a bug that messes up the models of Sims, most of the reports have been about the faces being messed up but wouldn't be surprised if this is connected to that error. The bad news is the issue is on EAs side so you'll need to wait for them to fix it.

A few of the twin bed climax animations no longer appear as options recently. Could that be related to this?

The devs are working on a fix to the "face bug", so I'd hold my breath a bit on this.
