Humm, do you have animations enabled in Sexlab? I'm not seeing anything obviously wrong with your mod list.

Yeah, the MCM. The lack of animations playing, seems to me, must be a result of a problem with either your Sexlab install and/or lack of registered animations.

Have you check version of mods ie. Sexlab, Romance, Amorous Adventure that they match you Skyrim?

First (most important) you may be missing dependencies, these are requirements for certain mods. On the top right of Mod Organizer you can see the red triangle with 2 on it, it should have 1 at most. 

 

Secondly (less important), you have no animation packs so you are using Sexlab default animations
