CC Request- Custom Fusion of Two Sorceress Outfits

Hello, I was wondering if someone could create a fusion of two outfits (though a heads up one outfit I'm referencing is a conversion from the sims 3, and I couldn't find a Reverence picture of this outfit so I'm providing the sims 3 package files, but I'm pretty sure it's from one of the major fantasy games, the files references a "Magic" robe and boots, the robe itself is an accessory, the boots are shoe/feet categorized) the other is an outfit from Douzi (not entirely sure that's how it's spelled) I'm pretty sure is made from inspiration from a Fantasy Hentai series. Basically the Body part replacing everything but the side robe parts and the collar and shoes on the sims 3 robe, with the sort of Ribbons circling around the legs draping back, like they drag along the ground, also a top version to be used with mermaids (the same ribbons that would twirl around the legs could just flow straight down, as well as the side parts to the robe as well), and some draping sleeves, the kind that you may see on some sorceress robes (also provided a reference for this as well).
