MO2 saves accidentally deleted, any chance of recovery?

I tried transfering saves over from F4SE launch application to Steam save folder as the saves were seperate (i'm a complete beginner btw), so i was messing around with that MO2 profile menu and in a rush, i didn't read the pop up and my saves were gone. Where do these deleted files go? And i did check my steamcloud and no save was seen which was deleted. I'd really appreciate a response as i lost about 5 hours of building and general progression.

Default behaviour for MO2 is to send deleted files to the recycle bin rather than nuking them directly; checking there would be you best bet. If not there, then no, the steps required to recover them off the drive would be more effort than its worth.
