Did you follow the instructions on the front page of the mod, and made sure your file path looks like

Steam\steamapps\common\Dead by Daylight\DeadByDaylight\Content\UI\Icons

You should extract them there, so inside of the icon folder will have Charportraits, perks, and any of the other things you've picked up from misc stuff. Make sure you're not creating additional folders too. You may have extracted it into an additional folder which could be burying it too deep. The final path for a character portrait should be

Steam\steamapps\common\Dead by Daylight\DeadByDaylight\Content\UI\Icons\CharPortraits\Applepie\S41_SableWard_Portrait.png

(I've used sable ward here as an example. The APPLE PIE name is related to the chapter she arrived in, and will be different for different chapters. The basline characters;meg, dwight, trapper, etc. do not come in a folder and will just sit idly in the CharPortraits folder.)

Check those things to see if they work for you.

Also having the same problem as the other guy, I feel like I've done everything perfect but nothing is popping up still.

There is nothing I can do to help you unless you show me what the problem is.

Show me your install location of a character portrait. Any one of them, if that's what it is that's not showing up for you.

I guarantee they have something like charportraits/charportaits/files. Unzipping normally in the folder did that for me.

Updated for Stranger Things Chapter 2.

Changed a few icons, and fixed a few with artefacts on them that I hadn't fixed before. Got around to doing some of the requests from the thread here;

-Solo males. I only got ones for the killers, as male survivors have little art, and even less usable art. Will not be updating this any further.

-Bound envelope (Enjoy Yukko)

Also made a legendary icon for max after I read she'd be a legendary for eleven. She isn't but I left the icon in Misc stuff because it came out well. Will probably get around to making icons for Eddie and Robin as soon as they get some better art.

Yo victor, ive tried creating my own images for the ghouls powers in the epic game version of dbd, Dbd\DeadByDaylight\DeadByDaylight\Content\UI\Icons\Powers\Icecream
so far ive done all five images, 256x256, png, but they only appear on the loadout menu and never in a match on the bottom left, like other killers, heres what i named the files

can you help, im super lost on what to do

You aren't doing anything wrong. Due to the way BHVR changed some things, you simply cannot change their power like you used to be able with other killers. I've reported the same problem here for quite a few killers, but there's a reason why it's not included in the pack. If there's a way to change their power, it isn't known to me.

Aww bummer.

I'm still quite new to DBD modding, is there a way to mod skins and such? I've seen many videos but I can't find how to replicate it

Added Anniversary items, effects, and new favor.

Note: Didn't include new survivor, or legendary icons for Glen/Negan as art for males tends to take quite along time to ever be made.
